The Economy for the Common Good (ECG) is a global movement which is organized in Local Chapters and Hubs. Hubs are permanent work groups focused on specific topics.
Once a year representatives of these groups come together to define movement-wide rules and policies at the Delegates Assembly. This body makes decisions that concern the entire movement and acts as the parliament of the movement.
Individuals, companies, communities, non-profits, educational institutions can become members of ECG Associations or support them through donations.
The International Federation is an umbrella association co-ordinating the growing number of National ECG Associations, namely, Austria, Germany, Spain, UK, Sweden, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy and Chile. Together the Federation and National Associations ensure the ECG strategy is supported financially and legally.
The ECG International Federation is part of the “Transparent Civil Society Initiative”. Learn more about our involvement here.
